FARM TO FORK FRESHNESS
To experience Lime Lite cuisine is to enjoy fresh fruits and vegetables carefully chosen from local farms and ranches. Starting with the Smittcamp family farming operations, Brandon selects from a variety of crops at their respective peaks of the season.
Brandon and his staff also hand-pick from Farmers Markets and local farms with whom they have cultivated relationships over the years. Likewise, meat, poultry and fish are of the highest quality and come from local sources whenever possible.
